Troptha-P Eye Drops
Composition-Tropicamide 0.8% w/v, Phenylpherine HCl 5% w/v
Indications– For achieving best pre & post surgical mydriasis.
- Exert a stronger mydriatic effect especially in hypertensive patients undergoing anti-hypertensive therapy.
- Retraces normal vision within 4-6 hrs.

TROPHTHA-P SEMI Eye Drops
Composition – Tropicamide 0.8% w/v, Phenylephrine HCl 2.5% w/v
Indications – For achieving best pre& post surgical mydriasis in ROP (Retinopathy of Prematurity), Hypertensives, Diabetics
- Effective in pupil dilatation.
- Application of this mixture made the process of pupil dilatation easier and quicker, shortening the time spent in the outpatient eye service.
- During the process of attaining an adequate mydriasis it also showed a significant progression in the pupillary dilation.
- Inspite of lower drug concentrations in the mixture, the pupil response was more rapid and of greater magnitude.

HA2 Eye Drops
Composition– Homatropine Hydrobromide 2% w/v
Indications– Refraction especially in Children, Diagnostic procedures, Pre and post operatively, Iritis, Iridocyclitis, corneal ulcers.
- Used to dilate (widen) pupil when you have an inflammatory condition or in diagnostic or postsurgery situations in which this effect may be helpful.
- Residual cycloplegia and mydriasis may persist for 24 to 72 hours following instillation of medication.

Open Eye Drops
Composition-Cyclopentolate HCl 1% w/v, Phenyl mercuric nitrate 0.001% w/v
Indications– Refraction exams, temporarily widening (dilating) the pupil of the eye and relaxing the muscles of the eye.
- Has rapid onset of action.
- Time to peak effect:
Cycloplegia—Within 25 to 75 minutes.
Mydriasis—Within 30 to 60 minutes.

Opthopin Eye Drops
Composition-Atropine Sulphate 1% w/v
Indications– used before eye examinations (e.g., refraction) and to treat certain eye conditions (e.g., uveitis).
Belongs to a class of drugs known as anticholinergics.
Atropine works by widening (dilating) the pupil of the eye.
